Ingredients:
- Bajra/Pearl Millet flour: 2 cups
- Finely chopped Onions: 2
- Green chilli paste: 2 ½ tsp
- Roasted groundnuts, ground: ½ cup
- White Sesame seeds: 1 tbsp
- Coriander, chopped: 2 tbsp
- Chopped curry leaves: 10-12
- Salt: Add to taste
- Oil
- Warm water
How to cook: Take the bajra flour and mix it well with onions, chilli paste, groundnuts, sesame seeds, coriander, curry leaves and salt. Mix some warm water with this and knead it well. Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes. Make the dough into small balls and flatten them as you do for chapatis. In the meanwhile, smear a tawa with oil. Place the flattened dough on the tawa. Sprinkle a little oil over it, cover the tawa with a lid and let it cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes. Make sure that the dough is flattened and cooked evenly.
