Ingredients:
- Besan: 1 cup
- Onions, finely chopped: ¼ cup
- Tomatoes, finely chopped: ¼ cup
- Ginger, finely chopped: 1/2 cup
- Coriander leaves, finely chopped: ¼ cup
- Green chilies, finely chopped: 1/2 cup
- Turmeric powder: 3-4 pinches
- Chillie powder: ¼ tsp
- Ajwain: ½ tsp
- Salt: Add to taste
How to cook:
Add some water to the flour and mix it well. Next, add all the ingredients and mix them well. The mixture should be flowy, without lumps. Heat a tawa to low to medium-low heat, and smear some oil on it. Pour some of the mixture on the tawa using a ladle. Spread it evenly and cook. Flip to the other side once one side is cooked. Serve and enjoy it hot!
