Ingredients:
- Wheat flour: 1 cup
- Rice flour: 1/4 cup
- Chopped onions: 1/4 cup
- Chopped curry leaves: 1 tsp
- Finely chopped ginger:1/2 tsp
- Jeera: ½ tsp
- Water: As required
- Salt: Add to taste
How to cook:
Mix wheat and rice flour and add all the remaining ingredients to it. Add water as per the desired consistency and stir well (not too thin). Make sure there are no lumps in it. Add salt to the mix and stir well again. Let the mixture rest for half an hour. Mix the batter well again and you are ready to make the dosa. Next, heat a dosa tawa and grease it with some oil. Once the tawa is hot, keep the flame at medium and pour the batter. Spread it well. Flip it after one side is cooked. Get ready to enjoy your crispy, yummy dosa!
