Quick Recipe: Malvani Vade

Ingredients (of the peeth): Rice flour, wheat flour, gram flour, urad dal, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds

How to cook: 

Take SVA’s readymade peeth and add turmeric powder and salt to taste. Now, add some water to this and 1 tbsp of oil. Mix it well and knead it into a soft dough. Make small balls of the dough and place them on a plastic sheet. Slowly flatten the dough into circular shape using your hands. Heat a pan with oil and fry the flattened dough in it till it turns golden brown. Your Vade is ready!
