Ingredients:
- Bhajani flour: 1 cup
- Finely chopped onion: 1 large
- Finely chopped coriander leaves: 1/4 cup
- Finely chopped green chillies: 1-2
- Water: 1/3 cup
- Salt: Add to taste
How to cook:
Mix the dough and all the other ingredients and knead them into a soft dough. Roll it into small balls. Take banana leaves and flatten one ball each on a leaf. They should be the size of a roti. Then, heat a tawa and place the flattened dough on it, and remove the leaf. Cook on both sides until golden brown spots appear. Sprinkle some oil on top, and serve hot with curd or pickle. It tastes yum with butter as well.
