Quick Recipe: Multigrain Roti

Ingredients:

  • Multigrain Flour: 2 cups
  • Warm water
  • Salt: Add to taste

How to cook: 

Mix the flour with warm water and a pinch of salt, and knead it well. Roll them into balls and keep them covered with a clean wet cloth to prevent them from drying. Sprinkle some dry flour over the rolling board and roll the balls evenly. Heat a tawa and place the flattened dough on it. Keep soaking it with a clean wet cloth to keep the dough moist as it gets cooked. Flip to the other side and repeat. Serve hot and enjoy with vegetarian/non-vegetarian curry.
