Ingredients:
- Nachni: 1 cup
- Cashews/almonds: ½ cup
- Grated jaggery: 1 ½ cups
- Cardamom powder: ½ tsp
- Ghee: ¼ cup
How to cook:
Dry roast nachni flour for around 10 minutes in medium flame to get rid of its raw smell. Grind the dry fruits and keep them separately. Put nachni flour and jaggery in the mixer jar and grind it once so that they are mixed well. Mix the dry fruit powder and nachni-jaggery mix thoroughly. Add heated ghee to this and mix well again. Make yummy laddoos out of the mix.
